Anonymous Coward User ID: 70828277 Sweden 11/20/2015 03:17 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Weed is not an option unless I want to fail a drug test and become unemployed. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 55816120 I read somewhere straight Vodka, or maybe Whiskey with ice is the way to go. I don't remember which. I drink beer maybe twice a year - usually it's cheap box wine as my poison of choice. When I say fat, I mean I just had to buy a new pair of jeans and I'm thinking I might be starting to grow moobs. Any advice? My metabolism isn't that fast, and I'm physically impaired due to a birth condition, so even walking for exercise is kinda torture. And no, I will not contemplate giving up booze. Skip the meat instead. It's much more fattening. I've drunken 1500 beers in the last year and a half. Still BMI at 21. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 70797756 United States 11/20/2015 03:48 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Alcohol is already a sugar. So absolutely nothing with added carbs. That means no rum, no beer, highest proof possible as long as you don't dilute with anything other than water. The other option you have is a no Carb diet and dark beers. The dark beers have vitamins and nutrients to balance the sugar load from the alcohol but they are higher calorie so you'll need to focus on eating fats protein and veggies. But more than a couple drinks a day is really bad for you so with your attitude it doesn't matter anyway. |

Bad news - alcohol consumption is not compatible with weight loss, trust me, I know. Diet sites say red wine (esp merlot for some reason) is the least fattening. However, I recently drank a bunch of merlot, and gained 14 pounds in 2 days! I've heard of alcohol enemas, but don't need it that bad... |
