Would be nice to have a Walton Thanksgiving rather than a divided family Thamksgiving

When I was a kid Thanksgiving was like the Walton Family but not anymore.

Since my mom has turned into a gossip busybody and has created a chasm between my husband and other family members who are having a Thanksgiving Dinner he will not attend, either will my son who informed me he is feeding the homeless and is not coming which is a nice thing.

My mom thinks it is terrible that we are not coming, but she created the situation why we are not coming.

So Thanksgiving is just me and my husband this year. Sad.
