No one can under age 28 unless they were homeschooled, went to a private school, or are very lucky.

there are exceptions, but the loss of literacy is by design.

It goes with dropping handwriting from public schools.

BECAUSE many women AND men are illiterate anymore...they don't even know who the vice prez is? They can't spell, they can't articulate, they can't put a sentence together...for the word "for" its 4 and the word too its 2...the whole country is dumbed down and if you don't believe me go to one of the education centers you call schools now...I know, I work in them...they're a mess and the kids coming out are stupid as rocks.

This is correct. I have a son who is now 21 & I witnessed this decline within the education system while he was in school. Because of this, I now homeschool my small children.
