Most of the ISIS actors posing in Iraq and Syria are actually Turkish proxies. Most of the Al Nusra and Al Qaeda in Iraq and Syria are US and Saudi proxies.

Russia is allowing Hollande to persue the delusion that it will be permitted to help create a Kurd State. Something that Erdogan will never allow.
