Just slice a bit off a block big enough to fit the jalapeno and wrap it in bacon. Then sprinkle it with brown sugar. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes or until bacon is starting to crisp and jalapenos are soft. Then broil for 3-5 minutes to finish them off.
