If Blacks are not Safe around Blacks..........

Then white people are justified identifying blacks as a problem and a threat. A black child's chance of survival is greatly reduced by living in the all black "hood" - where does that leave the white man. I would say the white mans chances of survival are reduced even more so by being around Africans.
