He says that things are being "slowed down" as far as business activity. That translates to cash flow issues to our minds. He doesn't say they say "that" per se, but speak in euphemisms, "needs to be restudied", etc. His guess and mine as well, is resources are being stretched a bit, in favor of supporting the obvious explosion of Wahhabists invaders across Europe. Syria channel for oil/gas is the issue he feels. Worth going to war over. Freaks me the hell out. He is a regional director for Halliburton. Goes to Dubai frequently during the year. The amount of money these guys waste is stupendous. Its almost like the waste is a status symbol to them. Quoting: Bodiless Who the hell knows anymore. New Money are usually like that, they will waste money to show how rich they are, Old Money don't do that type of crap. Like in Sweden rich people was bragging by spraying champagne, they bought the most expensive champagne and didn't drink it but just spray it around, then places had to stop that because they had to clean so much, so these rich idiots then started to buy champagne to pour it out in the sink... You can see it in these Princes too, buying cars covered in gold, platinum etc. Some idiot building a ski slope in an indoors hall there in Dubai, you're like wth for? Just an enormous waste of resources. New Money, remember before the oil they were desert tribes and became New Money. You can look at lotto winners that never had much money how they often squander it, or people that get a huge inheritance from never having had money. Similar type of actions.
