Quoting: Miss-Kitty I had to look up a recipe. Cooking food is not my best art. It could taste like shit, any tips for flavour? |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 70930136 Australia 12/01/2015 03:45 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This is the recipe I am deploying
• 1 x 2kg whole butternut pumpkin • 1 brown onion • extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling • sea salt • 3½ cups (875ml) chicken stock • 1 cup (250ml) single (pouring) cream • 1 tablespoon honey • sour cream, to serve |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 39122359 Australia 12/01/2015 03:51 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'm vegetarian so wouldn't use the chicken stock.
I couldn't imagine pumpkin soup without a little black pepper! Some nutmeg and cinnamon too.
Along with the sour cream and olive oil, garnish with some freshly chopped parsley or coriander. |
