A few months ago I had a fuel leak...mice had eaten through the fuel line and suddenly all my gas drained out onto the road. I called the police for help because it happened on a two way road and on a curve. The person coming in the opposite direction would not have seen my car until it was too late.

The police came and told me to get out of the car immediately because they thought it was gonna catch fire.

I called someone who towed it to his shop to fix it.

Suddenly I remembered there was a gun in plain site in console between the two front seats. Luckily the cops didn't notice it. I knew for sure the guy who towed it to his shop would see it.

When I went to get the car I noticed the gun was still where I left it and I thanked the guy for leaving it there. I said, " I bet you don't see that everyday?" He then said, "You would lose that bet, I see a gun in almost every car I work on."

That's the new reality! Thanks to OBummer instead of a chicken in every pot it's a gun!

Your gun is 100% completely fucking useless if you don't have some ammo for it! Ammo shortages happen fast when they happen, and can last a long time.

The best time to buy ammo is years ago when it was cheaper. The second-best time to buy ammo is right now.

Last two times I purchased a rifle at Dunham's Sporting Goods they took my CCW and still made me wait while they ran it through NICS.

pics stands for pennsylvania instant check system (not pics as in pictures). at the store i go to it's basically a terminal computer that asks you all sorts of questions for the background check. the 20-some pages of screens are a pain to navigate, and it costs several dollars on top of your gun purchase. then once you complete the questions you stand around for sometimes 30 mins waiting to be approved.

Man I wish PA allowed this. Would love to just buy stuff without waiting and paying for the PICS, etc.

I think you're missing the point of the article, which is the day after Isis Commander Barack Hussein called for more gun control bullshit almost 200,000 new gun purchases were made in one day.. That's awesome! ..It's a good thing! No gun owner likes these nonsense background checks, and i'm sure everyone realizes it's an encroachment on the 2nd. Lots of gun owners/buyers (like me) live in liberal/federal controlled states and have no choice but to jump through the libtarded hoops. Gnomesayin?

Ran out of slots in the gun safe a very long time ago. About 2009 when the Muslim Nazis took over the executive branch, to be exact.

4" x 4" under the floor for the ammo stowage so the house doesn't cave in. I'm good.

Especially Feinstein, since the figure doesn't include any purchases in California. CA uses their own background check system and does not use the federal NICS.

I got mine but right before Black Friday. Going for my CCW class this weekend
