The drug abuse by the lead singer made them another 90's banality... NEXT!

The role of women as depicted in their songs is that of a unsympathetic hellish existence.

They band was part of a music industry formula of music that promoted drug abuse, homosexuality, black racism, random crime and child abuse.

I have no idea who they were, did they have any hits? Everybody was famous in the 90's.

Re: STP were a mediocre band at best, lousy in concert, had good album cover art
STP was one of the few bands that was greater than the sum of its parts. Neither Weiland or the De Leo Bros. were anything exceptional on their own. STP was, for awhile, the last band standing from the 80's era. That type of rock music no longer garners any respect amongst the current generation of clueless wiggers. May Weiland find the peace that he never found here on earth.
