Why is the state dept. LGBT "Special Envoy" a gay man? They are discriminatory against straight people.

notice how when specially funded groups are created, it seems to always be handed over to a "special" candidate? How come straight people aren't considered to run LGBT organizations? Isn't that discriminatory based on "sexual orientation"? How does one prove their LGBT status and receive the special priveleges bestwoed upon them... such as now scholarships and jobs provided specially for LGBT "families" and "their" children.

So if I as a guy imply wear a dress.. I can get a fucking job or go to college for free?

how exactly does this LGBTBFBBBQ plan on enforcing fair treatment and opportunities for all?
