As far as a grab? An immediate one would likely only occur after a serious false flag involving some extrinsic threat, something big - a "we need them turned in temporaraily for safety" bit -or- for a 10 year term just media-hyped event after media-hyped event like SAN BERN will eventually do the trick. Younger and younger people are used to the idea that government can solve "mass shootings".

Talk to any 16 year old today - they'll almost all advocate this position. In 10 years there will be overwhelming support to crush the 2nd amendment - that is the reality. Hate to break it to you but 40-60 year old gun owners are dying off and they have not shown any initiative to fix this issue or any other issue wrecking the country so... those 16 year olds are going to vote your gun rights away pretty shortly.

And the registration has already happened - you are registering yourself everytime you go in for a "carry permit" or buying a gun at a gun store. That is a done deal don't kid yourself.

From all indication, President Obama will be saying that if the continued killing keep happening on Americas streets, he has no choice but to carry out a national executive order but to take our guns, and leave us totally defenseless against his Muslim brothers and sisters for total annialation. That way, the Muslims will have a much easier time in destroying and enslaving Americans by his Puppet Masters, the new world order illuminutty (illuminati) bankers. Rest assured... Anything that he does will not have the SLIGHTEST effect on illegal gun use.

This is a good question.

It's probably what he and his people have been trying to figure out how to do for the last 7 years.

Possibilities:

(a) Go completely dictatorial and order local authorities to go house to house and take them. Also raid and seize all gun shops and manufacturers. I can't see that happening without civil war.

(b) Use the regulatory power of all his agencies to raise the cost of guns and ammo and limit supply.

(c) Somehow get the Congress to pass purposely weak vague gun legislation that will allow him (and federal judges) to broadly interpret how he wants. That's actually been one of their methods.

(d) Continue to flood America with terrorists and mass killings to force political pressure on the Republicans to cave. This will backfire because the more terrorism there is the more people are against gun control because they want to protect themselves.

Any attempt to limit guns will only create a black market of people manufacturing them in their basements.

The PRIMARY duty of the president, is to defend and uphold the constitution.

There's simply no way around that.

Any president that attacks or violates the constitution, is committing treason and needs to be hung.
