ISIS means Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. ISIL: L = Levant. Do you know what the Levant is? Do you realize how evil Obama is?

The Levant is the territory not only of Iraq and Syria, but also including Lebanon, Jordan, and Israel.

In the middle ages it was broader, extending to Greece and Egypt.

So far, ISIS has not gained control in Jordan or Israel. I would guess they have begun infiltrating Lebanon but it is not official.

I don't even like calling them ISIS, although to be fair they are in Iraq and Syria. But Jordan? Israel? Lebanon? It is like Obama is agreeing with and legitimizing their goal and intentions to dominate the entire middle east. Why would you use the term Levant (ISIL) if you didn't want to affirm them taking control of the whole area?

This sickens me to the core. They sell little girls as sex slaves, butcher entire villages, and Obama refers to the "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant"? Bad enough to legitimize them with ISIS for Iraq and Syria. But the entire Levant?

I've heard BO defended that he uses L instead of S as a message that he knows they are trying to establish a bigger caliphate, and so he gets their intentions, and he knows they want more land, and they can't fool him. I don't buy it. I don't think this is a message to ISIS that he knows they want to spread. I think he is legitimizing them.
