Pretty awesome.

Im not one for hippy shit but it gets the kids to respect the teacher and boost self esteem. At a young age it can be important. As you get older, not so much.

I seen those videos last week . I absolutely love that man ! Those kids all have special needs and are Lucky to have such a great teacher .

The best thing you can do to a person is compliment him/her.

It teaches them to have confidence and be brave.

Most of the kids in this class have Autism and he has really helped them all to connect with each other . They are so innocent and loving it .

My kids definitely respond to pointing out the good, instead of zooming in on the bad.

I'd rather try and point out the positive than micromanage the negative.

Sounds like teacher's in a 12 step anger management program

It is good, even great.

but as to whether its effects on the students will last - don't know.

Making them glow for the moment is great in and of itself!
