Jewish Bolshevism, also Judeo–Bolshevism, is an antisemitic conspiracy theory that claims that the Russian Revolution of 1917 was a Jewish plot and that Jews controlled the Soviet Union and international communist movements, often in furtherance of a plan to destroy Western civilization. It was one of the main Nazi beliefs that served as an ideological justification for the German invasion of the Soviet Union and the Holocaust.

After the Russian Revolution, the antisemitic canard was the title of the pamphlet The Jewish Bolshevism, which featured in the racist propaganda of the anti-communist White movement forces during the Russian Civil War (1918–1922). During the 1930s, the Nazi Party in Germany and the German American Bund in the United States propagated the antisemitic theory to their followers, sympathisers, and fellow travellers.

Nazi Germany used the trope to implement anti-Slavic policies and initiate racial war against Soviet Union, portraying Slavs as inferior humans controlled by Jews to destroy Aryan people.

Seer, I thought to update you that I haven't drank a single alcohol beverage in a bit over 2 months now. Still smoke ciggy, though.. but kinda good start, I think.

Well done on the alcohol. Have you noticed any improvement in your sleep?

You have to want to quit cigs. Take the opportunity when it strikes you.


I just passed over the 1 month mark of being caffeine free. I drink a lot of tea. It’s warm and cozy like coffee but sans the caffeine and still comes in tons of flavors.

Sleep is not bad, but thinking about it now .. noticeable improved a bit when compared to previous times (last year and before) with alcohol beverage.

I was gonna stop smoking ciggy last month , marked it on my calendar but changed my mind as I wasn't ready to do so. Maybe sometime down this year.

No caffeine and coffee? Man.. difficult to stop or quit like ciggies. I remember stopping drinking coffee for 1 month, whoa... its like I was sapped by a rogue for whole 1 month - feeling tired and not very motivated in life etc. But once I sip coffee back after that, I went back into production like no tomorrow. lol, but since then.. I knew I gotta watch myself with coffee as it can effect my brain a bit too much.

But talking about it, I think I'll have a cup of coffee and ciggy now. Heh. Trying to limit to 1-2 cups of coffee though.

It wasn’t difficult for me. I just decided it had been 3 decades since I have been drinking coffee daily and wanted to know my baseline. The headache and backache is probably the worst of coming off caffeine but not terrible.

I might slowly re-add caffeine at some point.


I’ve started slowly eating beef again after 13 years. I had pot roast twice since the prime rib on Valentine’s Day.

So far I haven’t noticed any negative consequences from eating beef and have noticed some benefits. I also eat a lot of fruit. Strawberries, blueberries in my Greek yogurt with granola in the morning.

It’s my new favorite thing. Same thing as the waffle bowl.. minus the waffle.

So looking forward to spring. I was out in my garden earlier. The daylilies you can see in this image and springing up.

Today I learned that the NAZIS were following America’s lead when it came to their brutal practice of Eugenics and where that led after an authoritarian got ahold of the concept.

Largely debunked today.


You can’t cut the tail off a cat and expect all the progeny to be tailless. Chronic alcoholism does run in families and thus so do the birth defects caused directly from alcohol.

Central to Nazism were themes of racial segregation expressed in the idea of a "people's community". The party aimed to unite "racially desirable" Germans as national comrades while excluding those deemed to be either political dissidents, physically or intellectually inferior, or of a foreign race.

The Nazis sought to strengthen the Germanic people, the "Aryan master race", through racial purity and eugenics, broad social welfare programs, and a collective subordination of individual rights, which could be sacrificed for the good of the state on behalf of the people…to protect the supposed purity and strength of the Aryan race, the Nazis sought to disenfranchise, segregate, and eventually exterminate Jews, Romani, Slavs, the physically and mentally disabled, homosexuals, Jehovah's Witnesses, and political opponents.

The persecution reached its climax when the party-controlled German state set in motion the Final Solution – an industrial system of genocide that carried out mass murders of around 6 million Jews and millions of other targeted victims in what has become known as the Holocaust.

Eugenics in the United States

Men and women were compulsorily sterilized for different reasons. Men were sterilized to treat their aggression and to eliminate their criminal behavior, while women were sterilized to control the results of their sexuality. Since women bore children, eugenicists held women more accountable than men for the reproduction of the less "desirable" members of society. Eugenicists therefore predominantly targeted women in their efforts to regulate the birth rate, to "protect" white racial health, and weed out the "defectives" of society.


The most significant era of eugenic sterilization was between 1907 and 1963, when over 64,000 individuals were forcibly sterilized under eugenic legislation in the United States. Beginning around 1930, there was a steady increase in the percentage of women sterilized, and in a few states only young women were sterilized. A 1937 Fortune magazine poll found that 2/3 of respondents supported eugenic sterilization of "mental defectives", 63% supported sterilization of criminals, and only 15% opposed both.

From 1930 to the 1960s, sterilizations were performed on many more institutionalized women than men. By 1961, 61 percent of the 62,162 total eugenic sterilizations in the United States were performed on women. A favorable report on the results of sterilization in California, the state that conducted the most sterilizations (20,000 of the 60,000 that occurred between 1909 and 1960), was published in 1929 in book form by the biologist Paul Popenoe and was widely cited by the Nazi government as evidence that wide-reaching sterilization programs were feasible and humane.

Grant expounds a theory of Nordic superiority, claiming that the "Nordic race" is inherently superior to other human "races".

The theory and the book were praised by Adolf Hitler and other Nazis.

The American eugenics movement was rooted in the biological determinist ideas of Sir Francis Galton, which originated in the 1880s. In 1883, Galton first used the word eugenics to describe scientifically, the biological improvement of genes in human races and the concept of being "well-born". He believed that differences in a person's ability were acquired primarily through genetics and that eugenics could be implemented through selective breeding in order for the human race to improve in its overall quality, therefore allowing for humans to direct their own evolution.

In the US, eugenics was largely supported after the discovery of Mendel's law lead to a widespread interest in the idea of breeding for specific traits.Galton studied the upper classes of Britain, and arrived at the conclusion that their social positions could be attributed to a superior genetic makeup.

American eugenicists tended to believe in the genetic superiority of Nordic, Germanic, and Anglo-Saxon peoples, supported strict immigration and anti-miscegenation laws, and supported the forcible sterilization of the poor, disabled and "immoral.
