It's cheaper to take the fine on your taxes, than to buy obamacare.

And if something catastrophic happens to your health, you're gonna have to declare medical bankruptcy weather you have obamacare or not.

Actually they 100% after your maximum out of pocket is meet. Whic should be $6700 per person $12,000 per family.

Which leave only people who have massive health issues signing up for it. Smart thinking on someone part.

Most people must have qualifying health coverage or pay a fee for the months they don’t have insurance. But if you qualify for a health coverage exemption you don’t need to have health insurance or pay the fee.

There's an easy one there.

Under the "hardship exemption" (the exemption of having to pay a fine to our dear leader)
It says your former health insurance has been canceled (by you or your employer) and that you believe obamacare to be un-affordable.
And there's no time limit for this, unlike all the other exemptions which max out at 6 months.

BINGO

That was the intent of what I said.

yep, $1,000 per month and $6,000 deductible, or 18K per year

180K over 10 years

I'll bet if the US just pooled money without the 10 middlemen and administration the actual cost of using healthcare would be about 1 or 2 thousand per year per person

so 80% of the money out the door creates no value whatsoever - what a freakin waste!

They could have tacked on $100 per year extra premiums on pre obamacare plans and paid for 10 times as many uninsured and probably given the VA enough to fix their crappy system

instead we lost choice and tripled our costs

and it should come as no surprise that health insurance premiums and those increases are NOT factored into CPI and cost of living expense adjustments (and cover for the FED to keep printing and manipulating)- only costs of providing care as reported by physicians, not what WE pay

obama combined the worst of capitalism, socialism and bureaucracy in this trainwreck of a heathcare mandate

It's a way for the government to take a bigger cut of the pie.

virtually everyone has a mortgage that has been securitized and sold to a government agency. if they haven't gotten there yet, they probably have a student loan owned by sallie mae… the obama government healthcare is one of the last couple of pieces - and gun control is the final one.

In the end, the government WANTS to be the creditor to everyone, because that gives them control. They subsidize everything TO GAIN CONTROL

When you owe the government money, (they own the debt on your house or loan or banking insurance) and they control your ability to get healthcare, and you depend on their trust and grace to ALLOW you to purchase a firearm if at all, you are done. Freedom gone. Agenda complete.

Modern day slavery - I'd say it's a back door way (what a surprise) of screwing everyone - the reparations for slavery O has promised
