Is that happening already? I didn't expect a verdict until next summer at the earliest. Is the judge just going to throw some of the charges out, or has the case already gone to the jury?

Looks like the prosecutor withheld some information including Freddie's previous back injury, and how freddie tried to injure himself in a police wagon before. Also neuro dr's testified with that injury he would not of been able to ask for a medic..no way, no how...so he was injured around the last stop. Police dept testified that they don't have to use the belts because the criminal can gain access to the officers gun. etc...Looking like the officer did his job

Well, then, here we go. Please allow those who seek to destroy space to do so, or better yet, have plenty of beer, popcorn and ammunition on hand.

Well, we don't know when the jury comes back, so it may not happen today, but if it's a not guilty verdict, regardless of when it happens, I'd say it's on unless the weather goes south.

Why couldn't they wait until after Christmas.Now everybody's leave is cancelled.
