Feed yourself well, move your body around on a regular basis and don't smoke the cheap stuff.

As far as the cheap stuff, what r ya gonna do? Neighbor invites ya to a bbq and slightly overcooks the steak he bought and prepared, don't know about you but I'm gonna consume and be thankful

Funny you should mention sucking dick, when I was 15 there was a certain dick I wanted in my mouth so bad I was actually drooling.
After a half an hour of fondling the dick in question and convincing myself that there was nothing wrong with it(just human nature). I Went for it, I wanted that dick down my throat even if it made me puke!

Well I didn't puke because as soon as that dick touched my bottom lip my back went into spasms and both legs went into cramps. I spent the next hour or so alone in bed curled up in a ball in the most pain I had ever felt in my life. If only my dick was 10" instead of 8" I would have still been in pain but I would have sucked till I had a mouthful.

next day I talked the neighbor girl into putting it her mouth, she showed me a couple of other places it would fit.
