She has lupus so I bet she has to take Prednisone once in awhile. It can cause your face to look different; rounder and puffy.

I exchanged a few emails with the real Richard Simmons. It was a cool two days of chatting. This was prior to him going into hiding for a short period. He said my conversation really picked him up and put a smile on his face. I hope it helped him heal from his toils.

Umm no her eye shape changes and the size of her eyes changes from pictures to pictures where her face is not puffier than usual.

I can tell its not puffiness making her face change shape because her face changes shape a lot when her face is not puffier then usual.

and some pictures Selena Gomez's eyes and chin are very noticeably closer together than how close together her eyes and chin are in other pictures making her face very noticeably to considerably shorter in length then how long her face is in other pictures of her.

Face puffiness does not make the chin and the eyes very noticeably closer together LOL, so its Selena Gomez ether shapeshifting or having a whole bunch of really-fairly similar looking people identify as Selena Gomez publicly.... its clearly BOTH.
