Russia is the natural trading partner with Europe. Besides, who would want to buy their gas from terrorism supporting countries like Saudi Arabia and Qatar? All they would be doing is funding the next false flag against themselves. Let the ME countries struggle exporting to other terrorist-supporting countries and banana republics in Africa.

Then the gov controlled oil industry couldn't have a noose around our necks. Gas is eleven cents a gallon in south america, obviously the crony-capitalism would have a hard time stealing it all if other legit oil countries were involved.

In some ways it maybe a good thing, because Russia use the threat of switching off the gas supply as a political tool. The coal fired power stations are closing and even our last deep coal mine closed to today. No new nuclear power stations have been built recently and we are relying on gas to generate electricity even more. There are wind turbines and solar farms popping up all over the place but they aren't usable all year round.
