He says the first time Steve avery got framed that he witnessed the girl penny come run out of the woods bloody beaten and topless and that there were "people" standing around doing something in the exact same area from which see ran from.
He says there is a all mens club who has tried to get him to join several times over the years and that he believes they are responsible for the death of his friend.

Yes they tried to get a young boy to join by showing him polaroid's of naked men. The person who tried to get him to join was a cop.

The DA who got steve convicted has admitted to being addict to sex and drugs And was convicted on 6 counts of misconduct or some shit.

All the evidence that was dismissed, ignored, created...in both cases. It's clear that there's a darker side to the stories.

Which explains why the higher courts kept agreeing with lower court judges. They're all covering for each other.

I am currently downloading the series "Making A Murderer." There are 10 episodes, and I am downloading #9 now.

I watched the 1st episode this morning. They wrongly busted Avery for rape. As the episode kept going, I started to think..."Okay, he's going to beat this rap with DNA evidence. What are these other 9 episodes about?"

At the end of the 1st episode, I began to get a grasp on what the other 9 episodes are about.

Apparently, this NETFLIX documentary is the hottest thing out there, other than "Revenant" & "Star Wars."

And having read this thread, I must agree with the other posters. There are some seriously sick fuckers out there that have ultimate power over you.

Just imagine people like a few of the trolls here on GLP, but with real power over people's lives. It's enough to make you quake in your boots!

This series is very eye opening. I'm surprised it's even being run on Netflix.

The whole justice system...all the way up the federal hierarchy....shows the same corruption and evil control.

There's no other way to explain what happened to Steven. And especially Brendan....putting a 16 year old boy away for life? When every step in his case was full of wrong-doing and illegal proceedings.

That right there shows you what's really going on in the world.

it's over once they get those cuffs on you. For years I felt that the da, judge, and public attorney were always on the same side.

No blood of hers in his house, no hair, no dna. The only thing that puts her in his house is the slow/dumb nephew. But his story is that they cut her throat. And yet not one drop of blood in his house. The trailer was searched two times before keys which belonged to the car of the victim (which contain his dna only) was found, but by a police officer from a department that was not supposed to be taking part in the investigation. Even more conflict is the fact the this officer who found the keys was named as well as the city and the police department in a 36 million dollar civil case.
The woman who did the dna testing didn't find one and source of dna for steve nephew, anywhere. She also violated protocol in how she handled the evidence and also stated that the lead officer ask her to "do what she can to place the victim in steve residence".

Pigs are pigs. But how can two other judges uphold the ruling on this? There is plenty to have had this ruled a mistrial.

The nephew said they also shoot her after she was dead in his garage. Cops tore up the cement and only found steves dna. The bullet was the only thing in the garage to have her dna on it. Guess who found it? one of the two police men who are named in steves civil case, who were not supposed to be helping in the investigation.

something is fishy here. The ex boyfriend seems to act a little weird. so does the brother. Are they in the club?

It was after the 7th entry into the trailer. Not the 2nd entry. It was on the 3rd day.. And the key was found by Lt. Lenk who was deposed in a civil case for false arrest and conviction -- the same guy that got him convicted for the first frame attempt!

In Episode 5, at about 10:39, the State Attorney fucks up and says: "Steven Avery mutilated this *little girl* -- I'm sorry, not a little girl but a young woman", regarding Teresa Halbach.

Perhaps this isn't limited to Manitowoc county, and is even further reaching. Maybe his fuckup was a tell about things he was part of?

This series blew my mind, you couldn't come up with a story like this if you tried.
It really tears my soul at what they did to Brenden, they ruined that kids life without one piece of evidence besides his own coerced statements.

I believe the cops killed that photographer or had her killed (possibly by the nephew Bobby and that other guy that just happened to be going hunting, seperately, at the same time on a Monday afternoon on Halloween).
