yes, because terrorism is bad for vegas. The smallest details, such as, "the majority of the victims were not american, so this cannot count towards "terrorism" because our fragile little las vegas economy might suffer" sort of thing. Since most were not American, how is it terrorism? Not to me, to me it still seems like terrorism. But they're trying to probably explain away anything that might indicate further potential incidents.

If you have no obvious evidence it's terrorism, if you hide all evidence of terrorism, you're left with just some "intentional act of violence." This means people will think it was an isolated incident and still travel to and spend lots of money in vegas.

But once there's another similar incident, it throws the baby out with the bathwater for those that pay attention. Sheeple liberals will just believe whatever the media feeds them though.

Basically, what's good for the goose is good for the gander. AKA it's ok to lie.
