Blueberry pancakes

Oatmeal cooked with apples and raisins, maple syrup and (cream on top) yogurt. But first, Coffee!

Oatmeal with casein protein and Ceylon cinnamon with saccharin tablets.

Full English Breakfast, and Pancakes. I can eat this food all day long.

Classic Eggs Benedict with a side of sausage links (that's what she said), skim milk, strong black coffee, tomato juice, and ice water.

Just started to eat eggs again. Ripped already from 6 eggs. Im gonna have to say boiled eggs, plum tomato, mushroom, maybe a softened bell pepper to add some depth.

Revenge.....served cold.

Homemade omelette with everything the fridge has in it. Topped with home made salsa and home fried potatoes. Throw in a side of bacon and even if it kills me, I die happy.

I can't decide, either leftover cold pizza or Jimmy Dean's sausage biscuits. As long as there is a quart of Mountain Dew involved, I'll be fine.

Depending on my schedule, I'll usually follow up my Bible devotion with a toke of some-high grade from the water-pipe, then
A bowl of oatmeal, preferably Mexican style (cinnamon, milk etc, slightly sweetened).

What comes next varies from anything from a 2 egg cheese omelet with breakfast potatoes and toast to Huevos Chilaquiles (Eggs scrambled onto tostada chips, drenched in traditional earthy red chile sauce and crumbled cotija cheese) served with beans and hashbrowns.

Hot Cuban coffee from my French press, eggs Benedict and fresh orange juice. Yum!

Plain old bacon and eggs -- over easy.


I have cholesterol/triglyceride issues, though, so don't enjoy them as often.

6 eggs over 2 days. 3 eggs per day. Ommlette. Brown rice and lemon water seems ok. Hey I just started a new business. My napkins will say. Go! Replenish the Earth!

We're doing breakfast all day for Christmas this year.

For breakfast tomorrow: multi grain waffles and a side of sausage links from the local meat market.

Eggs Benedict with lobster instead of the typical canadian bacon, and a side fried potatoes for dinner.

But, during work days my breakfast is an english muffin with natural chunky peanut butter. Not exciting but it fills the hole.
