Giving it another couple of minutes.. it's done, but not to my liking

Oh I have to specify... I didn't use a half can of the sauce, but that is what was left in the fridge. I used only enough to give each cut in half roll a moderate amount of sauce.

Its out now, the roll is crispy, cheese perfectly cooked. Way better than expected. Better than any frozen pizza I've bought or homemade attempt at a pizza. Maybe I'll stick to cut in half kaiser rolls for crust for now on and just make mini pizzas.

Used to like making pitta bread ones, spoon of pasta sauce, any Ragu, Dolmio, supermarket own brand. Bit of cheese. Under the grill.

Nicer than most all frozen pizza and yet I still buy the crappy frozen and usually only make home made jobbies in emergencies.
