I am a 33 year old male from NY, and identify as a MAN.

Tomorrow when I go into the gym I should try going into the women locker room, and tell them I identify as a female.

But seriously whats stopped people from doing this?

There are transgender and intersexed people.

I have XX and XY chromosomes; am transsexual and was the first TS Army Officer and TS HS Teacher.

No one ever caught transsexualism from me and in my day, I could have been on the cover of Vogue.

So, by this logic, can ESPN be fined for calling Bruce Jenner woman of the year??

Didn't this woman of the year murder someone on a car incident.

I was a training officer at the National Guard Academy as first a man and then a woman.

My PMOS was 11C00- Mechanized Platoon and Company Commander.
Secondary MOS was Civil affairs.

I graduated 1st in the class at BCT out of 750 soldiers and received 3 letters of commendation and stood next to the Commanding General to review the troops at Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo. I am quLIFIED EXPERT from TOW missiles on down including: .50 cal, M60, M16, .45, not to mention my tactical leadership as Combined Arms Team Leader.

I received a leadership award when I graduated from OCS and the US Army Infantry Office Course.

I also attended JFK Special Warfare Center. You played video games and I did the real deal.

I have commanded many units and no one has EVER CAUGHT TRANSSEXUALISM FROM ME.

By the way, in my prime I looked like I walked out of Vogue Magazine.

Let's also remember that some transgender individuals profess to be gender fluid, identifying as Sam one day and Sally the next. Some even speak of mixing their identities in a gender blender.

Yet these new laws would require you as an employer or fellow-worker to make the daily switch in pronouns and names if that's what Sam (or Sally) requested.

How are you supposta know what the person is?? Do these trannies get their drivers licenses and such changed to say: 'F'? If not you could beat such a charge easily!

First, only 1% of the population is born with this.

Second, in your day it wasn't advertised as normal; which it is not.

Third, who are all the other people pretending to be transgender? More than 1% are saying this, so who are the others? Where did they get the idea from?

So how do you know, no one was influenced by you? Did you take a survey? Could they even tell? Why would you claim this?

In the last few days and weeks, with relatively little public fanfare, radical legislation was enacted in New York City and Washington State to protect the rights of those who identify as transgender—at the cost of everyone else. And when I say "cost," I'm not exaggerating.

In New York, violation of these new laws could cost you up to $250,000 for a single offense.

What exactly do these new laws do?

Rather than give you a lot of legal jargon, I'll give you some practical examples.

Let's say you own a gym where men and women come in to work out and get in shape.

A man comes in—at least, to all appearances he's a man—but he proceeds to enter the women's locker room to change.

You approach him and say, "Sir, I'm sorry, but you're going into the ladies' room. The men's locker room is across the hallway."

He replies, "First, I'm not 'sir,' I'm 'ma'am.' Second, I have the legal right to use the locker room that I identify with, and I identify as a woman."

If you refuse to refer to him as she/her, you have broken the law and could be fined.

Yet the New York laws go even further.

Limiting a person's options to only "male" and "female." How this works was not completely explained.

Sex stereotyping. If a company allows women to wear wigs, makeup, skirts and jewelry—it must also allow men to do so. Any conversation about a person's non-conformity to gender norms is also prohibited.

Imposing different dress codes based on sex. Similar to sex stereotyping. For example, if a restaurant requires waitresses to wear skirts and high heels, it must also require male waiters do so. Or it may not require only male patrons to wear ties.

Is this anything less than madness? Is this anything less than a war on gender?
