Yes, and their HQ is Santa Monica. I'm tell you it's the weirdest place in the country (and I've traveled). I was 5 feet outside standing on a corner smoking a cigarette and was threatened with a $300 fine. Plus it's the only place in the world where there's a million dollar car in a showcase window of a building and a homeless person sleeping outside under the window. What I took most of all from the place was their lack of respect for the homeless. They just ignored and pretended they didn't exist.
