Kentucky Bill to Block ALL Federal Gun Control from Past, Present and Future

Saw this on the local news last night and I'm so glad to hear they are looking to protect the 2nd Amendment from its domestic enemies!

It will just be declared raciss or sexiss or nativiss or antisemitic and be declared null and void.

Does this mean that they are ignoring the whole background check and licensing dealer thing?

I wonder what will happen when someone at a gun show that should be licensed under the new rules sells a gun to an undercover fed?

I am in favor of what Kentucky is doing, by the way and hope many states follow.

and they let thousands of chronic pain people suffer-
Kentucky made such sweeping laws about pain pills it's ridiculous-
I moved there a few years ago, I have a bad back and Fibro-couldn't even get ANY pain meds- I could hardly even move the whole time I lived there- and my teenage son nearly cut his toe off - they wouldn't give him ANYTHING for it for pain!!!
