Police track stolen cell phones from Cologne sexual fiasco directly too refugee shelters ?

This is getting more and more interesting. WTF is wrong with these people ?

The number of criminal reports in connection with new years eve in cologne is rising drasticly again.
As Spiegel Online reports, until thursday there where at least 200 criminal reports filed. Mostly sexual attacks against woman.

As Spiegel Online further reports, the police moved forward in search for the stolen objects.
Meanwhile some mobile phones could be tracked. In some cases they where tracked down right at refugee shelters or their immediate surrounding environment.
