I disagree with the taxes, but we have had "sin" taxes on alcohol and tobacco for years in Ohio. Apparently it's legal.

Is there a constitutional amendment gauranteeing Americans' right to drink and smoke without the "government" getting in the way?

I have no idea if there is or not. I only know that it's constitutional to tax the fuck out of any product...alcohol, tobacco, weed, guns, bullets, or even butter if they so desire.

I think it has to do with the city of Seattle tacking on extra taxes of guns and ammo. The state and county (sales tax) already taxes guns and ammo. But if you buy in the city limits, Seattle wants more tax. I don't know really, but laws exist that a product can only by taxed so many times. Also something about the fed govt and states are the only ones that can change or make new fire arm laws, not individual cities. Then again, I could be wrong about that too.

Maybe the elites don't need to you to work and pay taxes because the globalists will soon have robots and the 1% want to kill you and steal your property.
