Just get Boost mobile they have an unlimited data plan with no throttling for 60$ a month.

Yah I'm probably a noob....but I always try to be square with everyone and expect the same in return.

Just to let you know I tether via pdanet or use an app called wifi tether I am already paying for the data so I see no reason to pay them extra to use it as a hotspot when I can do it myself.
