There's better places to do it. I live in Michigan, Can't wait to move far from it again. Shitty roads in most areas, crime is rising no matter what stats say, population rising once beautiful places are now cluttered... water issues now.. Medicinal Marijuana is the best and probably only good thing the state has that actually HELPS people and progresses civilization. Other than that FUCK Michigan IMO. Lol

lived in flint ,for 4 yrs to help a loved one pass to the other side peacefully , moved from royal oak.. yeah that was quite a culture shock! whitecracker area ..lol.... was ok till we left then the crackheads moved in within a yr it turned trash..horrible ! disgusting ... there are no jobs in flint anymore maybe 10% of what was , the only way to put food on the table is from selling drugz!!! Sold outside of almost every convenience store now !!

anyway.... flint switched from Detroit system , to save money .. water was diverted from the flint river.. well the flint river is so toxic, that the water ate away at the LEAD pipes even the LEADED joints.. I. E. solder joints etc...



Many many houses in flint were built for general motors , to house the workers that needed to be exported from the south to work the assembly lines..


at that time LEADED WATER LINES from the STREET TO THE house were laid underground instead of copper pipes , hollow lead lines were used !!! maybe 25% of the homes even maybe more , I hesitate to estimate how many ...still have these lines !!!



This is a nightmare the water thing... you see for 40 plus yrs , toxic gasses poured from the smokestacks of GM Pontiac , buick plants etc... the rain carried these toxins into the earth the rains carried the toxins into the flint river water shed , ITS HUGE !!!


The river should be dredged and concrete laid as river bed , the land in the neighborhoods around the houses are contaminated with all kinds of toxins ..

so the water contains the lead , from the lines, into a drinking glass , I actually saw a glass of water it was GREY , from lead... and this was when flint was saying the water was safe !!!

So the question is WHO made the decision to take Flint off the Detroit water system because it is they who are responsible.
