Let me list them for you: 1) Granny called a buddy in the sheriff dept to help look for the kid. 2) Dogs, infrared helicopters and hundreds of people could not locate this boy for a week. 3) The 1/16 press conference says the dogs have picked up no scent and when asked if he can explain how that's possible if the boy's in the woods he says simply "No". 4) Insists very early in the investigation that there is no foul play suspected. Internet users later find out there's PLENTY of reason to suspect foul play given the caliber of people surrounding the child. 6) Family spokesperson predicts on 1/20 that they will find Noah the next day by 1:30 because that's 7 days after he went missing and 7 is the perfect number. (do some research into what types of people use numerology...it ain't good Christian folk). 7) When the body was found, they mishandled the scene big time. Picked the body up and wrapped it in a coat? Seriously? And then the fire chief from a close county writes an embarrassing poem type thing detailing this malfeasance as a way to try to guilt people into shutting up. 8) After 7 days in the woods, body found without a mark on it. IMPOSSIBLE. The family spokesperson calls this a miracle. He also turns out to be correct, body found on day 7 by 1:30. Wow, he's a prophet! Or did he know something more? Your position isn't based on facts. It's based on the insane and ridiculous blatherings of that moron sheriff, none of which make any sense or are even possible and his final, professional assessment of the entire mess being "It just wasn't meant to be". In which press conference did Sheriff Weaver state they called him personally? If you would have watched the press conference on the 16th why did he hesitate on answering on key question and say yes to another very important one? If you read Statement Analysis you would know that he did say something very interesting. How long does it take to vet four people by law enforcement? Where did Weaver state they didn't investigate the family? I'm not even going to discuss Scobee as I have my own suspicions but won't state them until I have the facts. Where was it stated that the area was not examined when he was found? Only a heartless person would not have emotions when a child is found dead. I completely feel for those that were there. Background checks have been done on everyone else but the logger why? As many questions that you have...I have just a many asking for proof. |

Seriously? Maybe he needs to be looked into. Maybe he had something to do with it. However, in addition to what I said about it being a natural reaction, you also have to consider a couple other points. A lot of the men in the picture are young. If they don't have children of their own, a missing child might not hit them as hard as it would someone who is a parent. Also, these men are fire fighters, aren't they? One of the guys in photo is in biker group with Grandma and Grandpa. Forget the smiles, why is a Soldiers for Christ biker guy (it takes months and months of deep commitment to get to be in that group) happen to be in fire fighter small group that found Noah, after almost all other groups had been told to stop searching???? This is a big deal to me. Have you been able to confirm that it's the same person? I saw in another post that you were asking people whether or not they thought it could be the same person. I can't find real names of the Soldiers for Jesus mc members and also, that same guy in the motorcycle group looks like another guy in that photo. I know the nickname for the motorcycle guy who is also one of the firefighters..I can't find his real name anywhere or a single place where they name the people who found him. Maybe that is just normal for these things. It's hard to even find out that it was Finger Fire Dept that actually found him; most talk about it generically as in "authorities' or in the county of Hardin firefighters, instead of Finger Fire Fighters specifically. However, I didn't see any details regarding the sexual battery charge, so I don't know what he did to get that one. It could have been the result of grabbing someones a$$, for all we know. While that would still be wrong, it's significantly different than molesting or raping a child. Also, I believe the uncle lives in California. |

Jana and Destiny look like mother and daughter but I don't believe they are. I decided to look further into it. I found this birth record. IMAGE ( [link to i67.tinypic.com] ) It doesn't give the mothers Christian name but I have researched this and Jana Bauchwitz is the only female of childbearing age connected to Robertson in San Bernardino at that time. I am not going to post links for the rest of the info because I don't think they are involved and I don't feel comfortable with it but it is relevant to finding Jana. All of the following information is very, very easily found on Facebook. I found a Shaye (Marie) Robertson from Lake Arrowhead, San Bernardino who was born in the right year. Her day of birth isn't on Facebook but in a post she says she was born in July. She has 2 siblings Webster and Patricia. Remember Webster was Bernards middle name. The interesting thing is that they are African American! They list another father on Facebook and he is Caucasian. Shaye also lists 2 mothers both of them are also Caucasian but neither are Jana. One states that she works in childcare. I think they are their foster parents. It appears that the 3 kids were in care for quite a few years. Interestingly, if you look through their photos and friends list you will see they are in contact with Bernard, their birth father. No mention of Jana. I suspect that they were taken into care in 2003 at the time of Jana's court case for child abuse. The help I need is for someone to look over this info and verify it as correct. I don't want to state categorically that these are Jana's children until someone else has checked it all over. I have research blindness now and don't want to make a mistake or miss something. You seem to be spot on with what you found. A.C. Nice job! I got the same impression you did about Shaye and Webster being raised by foster parents. Bernard seems to be in his children's lives and seems to be there for them. I also believe that Jana and Shaye look very much alike through the eyes.
