Anonymous Coward User ID: 71274351 Romania 01/19/2016 01:43 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation	Russia completed the construction of 440 military facilities in the Arctic in 2015 and is completing another 400 in 2016 The Russian Defense Ministry plans on completing the construction of its military facilities on the islands of the Arctic as well as the creation of the infrastructure on the Kuril Islands in the Far East by the end of 2016, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said Tuesday. “In general, everything needs to be completed in regard to the islands. Further we will move on to the second stage of constructing our bases in the Arctic,” Shoigu said during a meeting. In December, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that Russia would complete the construction of 440 military facilities in the Arctic by the end of 2015 and approximately another 400 in 2016. I would bet they are similar to the Ghost Cities and as the Arctic of today will be the temperate zone after the Pole Shift...Russia will have these areas for survival. Parts of Russia will be devastated during the shift. It was wise to think ahead. The USA only built bunkers for the government elite. No real point to protecting the huge numbers of welfare and social security hangers' on. The weeks following the "event" will greatly reduce the numbers of any survivors. They will run out of medications, food, and fall prey to roaming packs of human animals. The herd will thin out to the strongest and most vicious. Then the bunkered army enforcers will be sent out fresh and well fed to take them out.
