I think it depends on the person. I had a sweet little book keeper, who had tattoos all up her arms and most of her body. She looked really good with them and they were awesome ones. She was so small and mousey, they really did her justice.

I personally don't like them on myself and had mine removed at 18, which cost a pretty penny and over a year of many sessions. I will not get one again. On me they made me look common.

I feel it depends on the person. Guys seem to pull it off better.
