Why You Should NEVER Eat Vegetable Oil

I use olive oil for most everything but occasionally use peanut oil for some Chinese dishes where I don't want the Mediterranean taste to come through like it does with olive oil.

Never knew this before -- sounds like coconut oil is the way to go -- more expensive, but worth it.

2/sunflower-rapeseed oil
3/lard
4/beef tallow
reave rest for veggies and homos

I've heard of oil pulling but never tried it...I have perfect teeth so I don't have a reason to do it.

The body does need some fats -- just has to be the right kind in the right amounts.

Personally, I don't like cooking with coconut oil.

The flavor overpowers your food. No matter how little you use, your food will have a hint of coconut




Grape seed oil and Avocado oil are so much better

just dont use motor oil and youll be fine.

Rapeseed (aka Canola) is terrible stuff.

Only use it to lubricate machinery.
