Now, they're going to argue that negative rates are aimed at large depositors, such as corporations.

However that will be a precursor to expansion of negative rates for ALL depositors.

All done with the intention of stimulating the economy by making it unpalatable for you to save money. After all, you're likely to spend all your savings rather than watch it dwindle away when the bank starts collecting interest from you!
