Tips for waking up for early morning shift
Please list tips for early morning shift. I usually only worked in the afternoons and evenings. Now I must wake up at 4:45am or 5am at the latest. I find myself tired all day, even though I go to sleep at 9:30pm or 10:00pm at the latest. What should I be doing? Any early morning health regimes out there?

Sue your employer. This kind of morning shifts are inhuman. If I were you I would tell the emplyer to go to fuck himslef. There are onlt wto kinds of nomral shifts for human organism, it's the daily and night shifts.

If somebody pretends you to wake up in the middle of the night, it will destroy your immune system in no time. Remeber, your body can sutain only day and night shifts, because they are rational, and your body does not get tired.

Well my shift doesnt start until 6:30. But I have to wake up that early to be on time. I thought the shift would be ok, but im tired all the time now. I dont drink coffee.

make sure you have alcohol on your breath

a company named Verilux makes an alarm clock that wakes you up with natural light, it helps adjust your natural internal clock, i have one.
