russia has enough resources of all types to maintain putin's plan of a strong longlasting middle class, the kind that we used to have in america in new england and the great lakes between ww2 and the 70's oil shock...its just a matter of time before the asianside russian economics fills the vacuum of the fleeing russian blood money Eurodollars...now is a supertime to buy the templeton china fund and start a second income without lifting a finger thru quarterly dividend checks...

don't fear the chinese stock dropoff as it was computer manipulation thru removing the failsafes in place during institutional profit taking..china has a 25 year energy deal with putin at fair prices, the savings offering the liquidity for the market..the chines know how to do the rest(witness shangheii in the 1920's)...
