old but true FAT ppl are FAT!

The reason so many people in America are Fat is because the food is literally poisoned and Designed to make people obese. Yep. You can excercise till you pass out, but unless you grow your own food, you eat the poison, it slows your metabolism and makes you fat.

On the plus side. When SHTF the fat people will become skinnier living off their fat, and the skinny people will just starve and die off. Sad but true. The Fat shall inherit the Earth (Though they wont be fat anymore).

Plus... congrats on being young. When it wears off, you'll be amazed at how harshly people judge you for the least important aspect of a person, their outer appearance.
