yes, it seems a blue meteor. so its very simply actually, its a piece of the FE glass dome snapped off by the north korean rocket when it hit the dome. according norad, now the satellite is tumbling. oh well.....

I guess people have been injured from a "direct hit"
from a small meteor fragment. This person is supposedly
the first one who was hit directly and killed.

It really is a "big deal" and shouldn't be taken as
just a curiosity. This may start to become a trend!

I noticed that BPEarthwatch's videos are covering this
story, but in a very conservative approach so as to
NOT sound like he is sensationalizing it. He had one
video up today that I thought was very well presented
with some footage of that Russian meteor blast that
was in the upper atmosphere (but didn't actually hit.)
The blast itself was significant. The one coming in
on March 5th is said to be 2 times as big.
