Technology and the jobs of the future are proliferating faster than Americans can keep up.

So what you really want is an upper hand at becoming successful without any investment of your own. You want other people to pay so you can be successful.
College became expensive when the government got involved. Get the government out, stop gov college loans and grants and watch the price of college collapse.
One other thing what's to incentivize people to do well in college? They won't be paying for it. Who's to stop people from just going to college for the rest of their lives? Living on gov aid and grants. Why should I pay for a teenager to go to college and party for the first 3 years and doesn't give a shit about academics. He can always do better later right? He's not paying to go there.
