Let's expose the fraud artists who are responsible for condemning innocent people to death -BRING BACK THE DEATH PENALTY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Criminal court Justices like John McIsaac and "experts" like Dr. Margulies routinely obstruct justice and drive people like Marc Rosenberg, the late Ontario Court of
Appeal Justice, crazy.

It is no surprise that Justice Rosenberg was deeply affected from his involvement in the wrongful convictions that arose from unreliable testimony given by pathologist
Dr. Charles Smith. Smith is the disgraced expert who prompted defendants to plead guilty to killing their children rather than to risk facing a trial where the
influential Dr. Smith testified. This extremely coercive and abusive process is akin to having witnessed Justice John McIsaac receive unreliable testimony from hired
gun experts like Dr. Margulies, who uses the tried and proven process that is dispatched to prosecute an innocent person, to derail the pursuit of justice.

It is very easy to induce anybody to lie or to misrepresent, but how many people have the integrity and the capacity to be fair and just? Justice Marc Rosenberg had it. Justice John McIsaac, Dr. Charles Smith and Dr. Margulies, do not.

It is time to openly challenge these coercive aspects of the law in both the criminal and civil court arena and to expose the twin cousins of Dr. Charles Smith because
they are still making an absolute mockery of the judicial process.

Biased experts like psychiatrist, Alfred Margulies are the darlings of a dysfunctional insurance industry that routinely discredits worthy accident benefits claimants
through false and inaccurate reports.

If you suffer from extreme pain, Dr. Margulies will manufacture predictable spin, as he did in a case in 2001 wherein Dr. Margulies labelled the accident victim, prior
to her accident, as "a personality disordered individual, needy of affection and neurotically prone to look for the love and caring which always eluded her in fundamentally unsatisfactory relationships". He considered that, although her actual depressive illness eventually resolved, her pattern of pain persisted and was
repeatedly reinforced and perpetuated by factors which fulfilled her needs "which long antedated the subject accident" and that these factors "have played the major
role in the perpetuation of her complaints of pain in sites initially traumatized in it".

That is this man's routine gig.

In a Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals tribunal Decision released on December 7, 2012, Dr. Margulies made the bizarre conclusion that it was not possible to
determine whether workplace injuries aggravated what he called the worker’s pre-existing delusional disorder, dominated the hearing. The doctor found it “impossible to
state the extent to which the right knee injury may have worsened what was clearly described as a pre-existing delusional disorder.”

According to Dr. Margulies, the worker’s left knee injury “may have been an exacerbating factor” and “may have exacerbated the pre-existing delusional disorder” and it
is simply not appropriate to use this kind of sloppy language to evade the proper consideration of an injury.

It is also no surprise that Dr. Margulies found that the worker’s disorder would have developed and become symptomatic even in the absence of his work injuries, which is an extremely cunning and deceptive, cookie-cutter tactic Dr. Margulies routinely deploys to make light of the pain and the disability that physical injuries cause.

The lack of humanity of those who exploit personal, emotional and relationship difficulties merits extreme contempt, and that is clearly not unfounded speculation.

According to psychiatrist, Dr. Margulies, who used his "gig" to derail entitled compensation for my injuries, I am "suffering from a psychotic mental illness, and it
might be a matter of debate whether it would be a delusional disorder or paranoid schizophrenia."

Now forgive me for not taking Dr. Margulies seriously because I know what he is going to say even before he moves his lips, and it should not surprise anybody to note that Dr. Margulies claimed the following; "the motor vehicle accident had had become incorporated into his delusional system."

Needless to say, I required clarification in effort to understand the depth of my alleged mental illness. I consequently asked Dr. Margulies whether I was a psychotic or a paranoid schizophrenic and he said, "I am not certain at this point whether it is one or the other but it is irrelevant."

Needless to say, it is my position that if I was one or the other, my third personality would be in the loop and would be able to advice me so that I could take the
necessary precautions to conceal all evidence of rather destructive, mental illneses but in the meantime, I have to live with the uncertainty that Dr. Margulies
routinely plants.

Not surprisingly, Dr. Margulies is even more dangerous when he is definite. For example, I am an accomplished researcher who is working on my first book of fiction,
but according to Dr. Margulies, that will never happen because I am bat-shit crazy. To be sure, I am not a psychiatrist and that may not be a very professional manner in which to characterize my serious and potentially multiple, psychiatric disorders, so I defer to those who are allegedly qualified to assess mental capacity.

Naturally, as a writer who has already published a non-fiction work on Amazon.com and is currently working on his first book of fiction, which will invariably become a
bestseller in my delusional mind, I questioned Dr. Margulies's tendency to brand me incompetent and his response was rather sacry in my opinion because he said,

"It's not a matter of competence, it's a matter of mental illness."

The following exchange clearly illustrates what I perceive to be a level of ignorance which is difficult to fathom:

ME: So - so you're saying I - I can't write a book because of my psychosis, is that right?

DR. MARGULIES: Yup.

ME: And what is psychosis?

DR. MARGULIES: That's - I'm sorry?

ME: What is psychosis?

DR. MARGULIES: What is psychosis? It's a severe mental illness in which an individual is unable to distinguish his own thinking from reality.

Clearly, Dr. Margulies is a cunning, speculation artist who uses his intelligence to advance an agenda the very same way that Dr. Charles Smith did, and he needs to get a grip...
