Research Solomon Seal Root. Make tincture or mash it in distilled water keep in fridge drink some everyday. Hard to find except for magical purposes...research medicinal uses. Fixed a few knees up around here.

articular cartilage isn't exposed to blood.

you need to microfracture it to create new blood flow

alternatively you can prob inject blood into the joint ;)

1st I ever heard about this was a guy from Sacramento had his shoulder done and it did wonders for it.

A dentist who does implants here pulled some blood from his mother, spun it down and had an ortho shoot it in her knee and he said it did her lots of good. I think you have to be off the knee a while if you have it done tho???

NOBODY here in N Louisiana in orthopedics does this tho! They would much rather sell you a surgery.

I tore cartilage in my knees and no amount of pills, natural remedies or whatever was going to fix it. If surgery will fix it, what the hell, do it. I have not had a days problem since a little orthoscopic surgery took care of it.

Had a foot problem once for awhile. I used a joint mix from GNC, Triflex. It helped quite a bit. Then I noticed it has hyaluronic acid and decided to try that in a higher dose. Found a Dr's Best combo Hyaluronic acid with Chrondroitin, that really fit the bill. My stress injury recovered, using that and a little Aleve. Of course, I would always suggest you consult your Dr. with anything you try. I was always on my feet, and did some crazy running so I needed some help. If you can't allow it to rest, that part, your Dr may have some suggestions of physical therapy, or other things you could try.

Exercise will build it back slowly. But that probably isn't the answer you wanted to hear but it works.

Cut all soy from your diet...it will take weeks for the effects to work, but If your as sore as you say, it's worth a shot.

Soy has many many hidden names, so do your research.

Good answer actually. Slow deliberate movements and you can build muscles in you legs you didnt know you had. Which can relieve the strain on the knee junction impact point as you have varied movements throughout the day. Fish oil too.

Ibuprofen is really the best thing to keep the inflammation down. Also apply a cold pack when you are resting it. Ginger also works miracles. Try some good high quality ginger beer, not canada dry coca cola knock off stuff...

The less it hurts the more it is healing. The more it hurts, the more damage you are doing.

Yeah dont mind a can of coke or 2 a day.
Pretty much need it to replace the sugar as my job is hard.
