Since it takes time to get real metal that is worth something into circulations, start printing money with a country system, always equal to the amount on the dollar note. No inflation or deflation it is always what is written on the bill. Never print to much, always multiply a set amount for the people in your country, say a living wage amount, all does not have to be given out at one time. Doing it slowly as you get the other fiat money out of circulation. One fiat is as good as another, but not using it as a weapon is the trade dollar, it can be used in country. A little figuring and you can take care of the needy ones who really need it.

Business can open no taxes, you can save that money for what you want, or you can use what you saved to help people start business you get paid back with a bonus of a set amount.

First with this new money print enought to pay the overlords fake money bankers what you own them with the your new fiat money which has become law. This is the way to get them, they get paid with the same fiat but it is not theirs, but is does not have inflation or deflation figured in so they only get what you pay back.

It has to be used only until the coinage can be done, but a treasury unit as in hired officers that is a new job can give you a bill with the coin amount if you want. Then if you need the coins back you go and get it. No one is over paid for running a treasury service it only a job and each town has one in it, they build it or use one that is already built, does not cost the government any more the town take care of it. Governments can streamline, of course their are some thing necessary, protection, so soldiers and others should be taught to protect the country. There is alway crazy people who want to attack other people. So be sure every able bodied person learns to use gun and weapons of different sorts. This is just in case you need to protect yourself and help protect your country, in case of crazies. If they, the crazies, know you are doing this, it is less likely they will attack.

With some figuring and working it out on paper you can adjust the amount of fiat you need until the coinage can come into being. Prices have to go down to meet the planing but it is doable.

There will not be a lot of people getting richer but that do not mean they will lose all they have, they will not get interest or any of the jerry rigging that the fiat overlord bank did, but the will not be poor. Just do not every let a rich man try to be a overlord!
