The reason why is because the soils have already been stripped of their nutrients for the past 75yrs. Nearly all of the food even organic is stripped of it's nutrients, which is why those fruits taste like water. You must supplement every single day, to get the nutrition required to fight disease and aging. |

Daily I take 5000 IU as a supplement, plus what's in my food and even my multivitamin. My dad was prescribed 50,000 IU daily, but he's almost 77.
