Elton John is just a Liberace wannabe.
Liberace created his acts and gimmicks because noone else had done what he was doing.
Elton John comes along and basically nicks the act. The only difference is that Elton John stuff always sounds the same. Even when he is writing for someone else.

My mother used to hang out with him before he hit the bigtime.
He used to spend alot of his time in Grimsby with Steve Currie who was my mothers boyfriend at the time.

Apparently my Nana would not have Elton John in the house. She wouldnt even have him on the street because he used to wear mad stuff then, and she didnt want the neighbours to see him associated with her daughter.

She said to him "What the bloody hell are you wearing man!?! Get out of my house".
