Idea for limiting voting fraud...thoughts?

My idea for limiting voter fraud is as follows and can be done with today's technology:

1. Every voter that is registered and shows id gets a paper ballot with numbered sticker on it that matches to the ballot.

2. Vote on form and then remove numbered sticker which you keep in your possession.

3. The ballot is scanned into the system registering your vote and also saving a scanned image of your ballot and printing your actual ballot to take home with you.

4. Images of your ballot are readily available by going to the nationwide ballot database where you can see your ballot and everyone else's ballot, albeit with only a number and not the voters name tied to the ballot.

5. ANYONE can view ALL ballots and can count the ballots themselves.

6. Any discrepancy would come out by people contacting their officials if they find that their ballot is not available or is incorrect. Discrepancies would be loudly contested by the voting .public and the original ballots and their scanned images could be retrieved and verified with the printed copy of your ballot.
