As a person of color, I am not mad at Richards for what he said. He is merely confirming what I already knew--that racism is not an issue that comes out in the open very often but, when it does, can have very unfortunate consequences (as "Kramer" found out). I believe he even tried to explain it that way during his career-ending tirade.
