Polling precinct's on Indian Trust Land are Immune to authority and enforcement by the states, i.e. we the people!

Call your states Secretary of State, ask them for proof that EVERY Polling Precinct is overseen by them and under their authority and enforcement!

At least in Oklahoma there is some of that that does trickle down to regular people.

But in California? c'mon now, there the genocide was almost complete. Maybe if people that are indigenous that are not recognized as such become so and some of it is distributed to them..but in reality, that will never happen.

Hell, in California just last year there was a marijuana raid on tribal land.

5 years after a gaming pact is granted and the tribe is allowed to benefit from gambling, ALL federally funded aid and assistance programs become null and void and that said tribe is no longer subject to a "sovereign nation" type status. Fucking Yata Heys are double dipping.

I don't know about the u.s but in canada the reserves are sovereign land. I.E they are their own countries.. Whether or not they know that is another thing.

Answer: There can be no 100% soveign nations under the NWO. By giving them casinos, the Indians must give up some of their sovereignty.

The natives have nothing to do with this for the most part. Its just another scam perpetrated by the feds and tribal leaders.

Their Constitution says all the monies goes back to the tribal members. EVERY MAN, WOMAN, AND CHILD who can prove 75% native DNA recieves benefits from the revenues of their casinos every year (actually, payments every month - CRAZY amounts of money, too!). Thats' not to say there isn't some form of "skimming" (hate to use the word - embezzeling) - going on, but it would be by the tribal LEADERS, NOT Chinese or criminals, unless you want to call the crooked leaders criminals - which they truly ARE!

This is why there is more and more "infiltration" from questionable types to get "dipped" into that fund....have a baby who is half-native, and the gravy train begins! So they finally changed the law to more than 50% to stop it.

Now the Miccosukkee tribe - further south in Miami - different structure altogether! They do not recieve so much funds from their casino (but then, again, I think they only have the one....so).

I worked with a black woman, and she swore she was a Native American Indian. She was really obnoxious about it, managing to bring it into any conversation.
