I'm not supporting Rubio, but I'm just curious....

How could Rubio or Cruz get this far without being properly vetted as being citizens of the United States? Then again, how did Obama win the presidency?

For those that think this is not important...

Congress is responsible for vetting the President Elect and the Vice President Elect. If they determine the President Elect in ineligible, the Vice President Elect becomes President. If the Vice President Elect is also deemed to be ineligible, then Congress chooses the President and Vice President.


A Cruz/Rubio ticket means that we would be handing the choice of POTUS and VP to the Congress.

I'm beginning to think that this is the plan. We need to be taking this very seriously and taking active steps to assure that it doesn't get that far. We kill the whole plan by getting Trump enough votes that they have no choice but to make him the candidate at the RNC. If we fail - we have just a few short months to get Rubio and/or Cruz declared officially ineligible before November. Everyone with the resources needs to get this taken to court in their state NOW. We can all push our states to remove them from the primary ballots. But WE have to start acting on this now.

There's no arguments here - the definition of "natural born" are clear. The Constitution does not require lawyers to decipher it. We have the definition from Vattel. We have the words of the 1st Chief Justice, John Jay. (and if you don't know them...see my obnoxiously long sig).
